I came across Alpha phones and decided to go there due to the good reviews.. I came in last minute and the guy sorted out my phone which Apple store couldn't. If I ever have any problems in the future I will go here instead of trying to fix it myself and end up causing more problems.

Brilliant, can highly recommend. If, as pointed out below, he sometimes doesn't call back straight away it is only because he is busy bending over backwards to help one of his many customers. I have been extremely satisfied with his service as he sorted out a particularly troublesome lg nexus 5 several times, at one point replacing a faulty replacement part at his own expense. (This, by the way, is the first time I have ever reviewed anything on the internet, because I'm lazy, but I was compelled to because of how fantastically helpful alpha phones are.)

Good local business. They also often offer tea and toast if there is a long wait which is always a plus

I really enjoyed the service at this local business. Everyone is extremely friendly and offer the best advice for free. I tried to fix my Samsung Galaxy LCD screen and I went to at least 7 different mobile repair stores in Kingston and Alpha Phones was by far the most cheapest. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the store as well it is very welcoming and a comfortable environment for everyone

You only need Alpha phones when you have an emergency...you've dropped your phone and can't use it...smashed screen etc...it happened again and I rushed along to the store only to see the place was devoid of all the phone shop fittings...the team inside who had taken over the space ( hairdressers and barbers) pointed up the road towards the top of the parade of shops...and there it was a new and improved Alpha phones...the plush surroundings have not decreased the level of service and the pricing is still excellent because Alpha can have your phone repaired in double quick time ...in my case I was lucky and a replacement screen was to hand which meant same day ...as always I recommend this service and ask you not to listen to negative reports from people who don't know what it takes to repair a £600 electronic device and make it fully functional.

My iPad Air 2 screen go smashed - but buoyed by the great reviews and the fact it was driveable to, I called Alpha Phones - some communication issues in terms of when it was going to be available - the fact this has gone from a 4 to a 5 is that rather than I drag myself across town for a second day in a row, Alpha himself dropped it round in the morning, prepared with a card reader to take the payment. Well established, and with returning customers I can see why. Obviously I hope NOT to have to use him fo a smashed screen again, but if I am a clutz... I will be going back!

My iphone 5 died without warning and wouldn't turn on or charge. I took it to Apple to see a 'genius' and they said there was nothing that could be done and I would need to buy a new phone. They also said there was no way to retrieve any of my photo's , contacts etc. I took it to Alpha Phones to see if there was anything they could do. They said they would try to fix it but if they couldn't I wouldn't be charged anything. My phone was ready 48hrs later and was working with all the data still on it. The staff were so friendly and obviously very knowledgeable about iPhones. Thanks Alpha Phones for the excellent service!

I had dropped my iPhone 5C and the screen was severely cracked. I considered going to Apple but when I rang, their next available appointment was a week away. When I called AlphaPhones, they booked me in for an appointment within the hour. I was nervous, but they were reassuring and I could watch the repair being done. It took less than twenty minutes and was executed perfectly. My phone is as good as new, and for a much cheaper price than Apple were asking. The workmen at AlphaPhones were so lovely and helpful, and I recommend them at the highest level. Thank you AlphaPhones!

Would give Alpha 10 stars if I could. He scheduled my visit so he wouldn't keep me waiting, and in 20 minutes I had a brand new screen for my iPhone 5c, which I'd bounced off the concrete floor at Ally Pally. Getting my screen fixed on the spot was critical - I didn't feel comfortable leaving my phone with a stranger. Fantastic service, great value. Alpha Phones is a best kept secret, but not for long. This guy deserves for everyone to know about him.

Alpha fixed my cracked iPhone screen considerably fast after I was told it would take months to claim on insurance. Great guy really friendly and with a minor fault I went back and he changed it straight away, Great service would highly recommend and a lot cheaper than the £209 it would have cost to get done at Apple! I broke my ipad screen and at short notice took it to Alpha to see what they could do. Not only did they repair it when I noticed next day that it needed a bit more work they were happy to sort at no extra cost.

The guys were friendly , helpful and look out for any traffic wardens while you wait. Top shop in my opinion

Fast & friendly service. Clear contract, explained work and fixed my water damaged phone in 1 day! Flat fees make it less stressful and they always call you to authorise additional work. Highly recommend!

I break my phone regularly and have had it repaired by many different companies though I've found that this company in particular I don't have to wait days or weeks they do it in the hour at a reasonable price and are very friendly and helpful... As I am a returning customer they have also offered discounts! Would recommend these guys to anyone 110%!

Went in to Alpha Phones yesterday and i have to say the staff couldn't have been better. The display on my iPhone 6 plus had lost all it's touch input. They didn't have a replacement screen in stock but said they could get one within about 5 hours. However, before ordering that, the guy who worked there too 5 mins to take my screen off and test it with an older one they had in stock to see if it would solve the problem which it did. Apple had said to me they would just replace it and see what happens and that i might lose my data. Alpha phones took time to actually explore the problem, try a few different work arounds and did their best to make sure i didn't lose any data. Result was that i walked away with a phone that worked again, no data loss and i'd saved quite a bit of money. I can definitely recommend these guys, not only do they do exactly what they offer, they are very polite, friendly and are really nice guys.
