At Alpha Phones you can cancel your annual repair plan at any time. However, before you do please read the following information carefully.

Please send an email with the following information to sales@alphaphones.co.uk:

Your name

Your phone number

Your customer id number

The date that you started your annual repair plan

The date you wish to end your annual repair plan

We will refund you the amount based on the time that has passed if your care plan exceeds 300£

You will be required to notify Alpha Phones at the end of your care plan wether or not you wish to renew your care plan.
