Delivery Options

To receive a product that you purchased please use the websites' available shipping options on the checkout page. Please be aware that Alpha Phones does not determine the time for shipping and this is done through the 3rd party shipping companies that we use. We normally deliver to locations through out the United Kingdom but we can deliver to North America and other places through our shipping options which you can view when you purchase a phone.

We use the following shipping companies:

TNT worldwide - order by 10 am - £20.00

Standard - USA & Canada - £6.00

Not wanting to ship to your home, then just browse our catalog, pick the phones you want, call us on 02085414664 and we will keep it on hold for you. 

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return you must meet certain conditions listed below: 

• your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
